Well, I've never been a fan of Katie Price really but this is a real good job. I like the hair texture and the layering and the eyes are real nice too but i don't quite like the lips they seem too puffy. I liked the lips you drew for the Emma Watson pic. Now that portrait was perfect! But still it is a pretty nice job. I don't think you're all that bad at drawing portraits as you make it out to be. Of course practice makes perfect and this is nowhere near as spectacular as your Darth Vader art or your Iron Man art. Probably you should practice more of these. Just saying. A fantastic job anyway
